brand strategy vs brand design? 

Strategy builds your direction; giving you clarity on your market, audience, positioning and messaging. Design turns that strategy into visuals that feel and function properly for your brand. 

how long does it take?

Strategy work takes 4–6 weeks depending on scope. Design work also takes 4-6 weeks depending on how fast we move through feedback rounds. Expect 8-12 weeks for a complete rebrand. VIP days require prep beforehand, with the goal of wrapping up in one day.

how much does it cost?

I work specifically with founders and small business owners. Pricing depends on scope and complexity. A rough guide is between $5k – $10k. VIP days start from $1k/day. For an accurate quote, please send an enquiry.

do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Projects are split 50/50. You’ll pay 50% upfront to lock in your start date, and the remaining 50% once your project is complete. For larger projects that combine strategy + design, we’ll break it into two phases — each with its own invoice and 50/50 payment split.

can you design just a logo?

Technically, yes. But… why?? A logo without strategy, colour, type, or supporting assets is like the body of a car with no engine. It looks good, but goes nowhere. Your best bet is a full brand system. That’s why my offers include strategy, identity design and VIP design days.

what industries do you work with?

Mostly small businesses across New Zealand and Australia; from professional coaches, advisors, hospitality heroes, tourism destinations, to tech savvy innovators. The creativity expands if I’m not married to one industry. My sweet spot is helping founders and small business owners who want their brand to look sharp & align with the right fit clients. For start-ups in the tech space; I have a deep understanding of ID verification, AML/CTF compliance, open banking, data, fraud prevention, credit decisioning, and artificial intelligence.

what if I'm not in NZ or australia?

No problem. Projects are run with Notion and I keep in close touch via GoogleMeet, WhatsApp and email.
Time zones aren’t a deal-breaker:, I've worked with clients in Asia, United Kingdom, Mexico and North America.

do you manage social media?

I won’t manage your socials for you. What I am good at, is setting you up with systems and templates to make it easy. No more overwhelm, just confidence and consistency. How do we communicate?

When you enquire, a discovery call will be booked to chat about your needs. I run a tight ship with every project via your very own dedicated client portal in Notion. I’m always responsive via Notion, WhatsApp, Call, Text and Email. There’s also always banging on my front door, but you’ll need to find my address for that... 

what's your refund policy?

Deposits are non-refundable (they secure your project slot), but if anything changes, we can usually pause or reschedule your project. Have any concerns about that? Just ask.
